Egitto organizzato !!! Volendo andare in Egitto per vedere le piramidi e fare la crociera sul Nilo ho controllato un po' di tourist operator italiani che apparivano troppo standardizzati. Ho guardato le recensioni ed ho contattato la Memphis tours. Subito sono stato messo in contatto con la sig Ra Rhama che mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni e con la quale abbiamo organizzato un tour tagliato su misura. Dalla prenotazione voli, visita al Cairo, crociere sul Nilo e soggiorno a Marsa Alam. Tutte le uscite programmate erano effettuate con una guida locale che parlava italiano (max 4 persone per uscita quindi servizio top) e veicoli dell'organizzazione condotti da autisti seri ed attenti. Tutti i trasferimenti erano seguito tramite accompagnatori in loco che prendevano contatti con noi tramite whatsapp (utile avere un profilo dati attivo per l'estero visto che tutte le operazioni di pagamento erano effettuate on line tramite carta di credito oppure acquistare una tessera telefonica in loco). Prima di partire consiglio sempre di informarsi sui luoghi che si visiteranno (le guide incontrate hanno comunque seguito tutti i punti di attenzione dei vari siti (se siete degli egittologi ovviamente necessiterete di più tempo per visitare i siti). Se si considera che organizzare una visita fai da te è una cosa un po' difficile con la Memphis tours si riesce comunque ad effettuare diverse modifiche che creano la propria vacanza. Da consigliare assolutamente bravi !

Worst tour company - incredible guides, book direct with a freelance guide and hire your own driver. This was one of the most shocking and horrible tour experiences we have ever had - and my husband and I have been to more than 40 countries. The miscommunication of our iten was horrendous. I had emails confirming in writing that we could add extra activities during the day if we had time and we could simply pay the entry fees. I even double checked this - and received written confirmation twice! When my husband and I had determined we would have about 6 hours left to our private day tour in Luxor, the company refused to take us anywhere else, even though we canceled prior activities in lieu of another attraction - that would add to our overall Egypt experience. The attraction replacement was furthermore closer, saving the company time and money! It was a better deal for them actually. Keep in mind, we paid for a private 4-day - full day tour. On the third day, when discussing with our guide in Aswan some adjustments we would like to make for Luxor, the manager got on the phone and raised their voice at my husband and I, talking over us and refusing to acknowledge the prior email exchanges. I was in tears during my Aswan tour - yes this was the treatment we received while ON our third day of the tour. At the end of the day the manager called back and said ok no problem, you can add one sight to the Luxor day and remove the other. Yet, the morning of, we receive another message that they now want an extra amount of $$$ to see the one sight in exchange for the other sight and we still have to pay entry fees. They then refused to take us anywhere but our hotel and made us meet the manger in person to obtain a payment!! This was literally extortion! We told the manager what happened and he raised his voice at my husband and I in the lobby of our hotel to the point staff we’re concerned about the behavior. This was our private tour - I can’t stress enough how shocking this was. When we held firm and refused to pay more for a tour we already paid in full for, they agreed to take us to the final location we selected and we would pay the entry fees as agreed upon originally in the email communication. All this to say - please be wary of the agreements you make with this company and the behavior that I can’t describe as anything but greedy. They have 0 respect for their customers and ruined two of our four days entirely. Honestly a very sad experience all around - we will never get this time back and our memories are tinted with how poorly we were treated. However, the guides that are freelancers with this company are incredible! If you want a wholesome and truly great experience, book with a guide directly. Manar Nabil +20 (102-2122-104) was so knowledgeable and thoughtful! Our Cairo experience (the first two days) was wonderful with her as our guide. IF we come back, we are going straight to her. Our Aswan and Luxor guide was a gem as well, I sadly don’t have his number but again, find a guide and go with them directly and hire a driver. This is the BEST way to have the experience you want and expected. Be sure to also tip generously!

Customised Private Tour to Cairo, Luxor, Edfu and Aswan with the Nile Cruise included We had delayed our Egypt tour for almost 4 years due to health reasons and later the pandemic. But we were so pleased to have been able to travel again this year and we chose the summer (hottest period but low season) to travel. The overall planning experience with our Travel coordinator Marwa, and later with our respective Tour leaders and Tour Guides were very professional. We felt safe and well taken care of, throughout our travels in Egypt. We had a private tour experience which allowed us a lot of flexibility with a young child, and the tour company was also able to last minute accommodate an injury mishap during the tour (I had an ankle injury). Memphis Tours are one of the more established tour companies in Egypt and we were pleased to engage them for our first experience! We would be glad to engage them again next time.

Descente du Nil croisière 4 nuits Luxor Aswan Séjour 5 jours Luxor-Aswan Bateau Lafayette Mon père et moi avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Je recommande vivement l’agence Memphis Tour, un voyage sans faute. Nous sommes satisfaits à 100%. Tout d’abord, un immense MERCI à notre très cher guide et ami Wadea qui nous a partagé sa passion de l’égyptologie et toutes ses connaissances. Grâce à lui nous avons appris tellement sur cette région et son histoire. Wadea est un vrai passionné, il vous partage cela sans compter son énergie et son temps. Plus qu’un guide pour nous, il est aujourd’hui un véritable ami. Encore merci Wadea de la part de Hind et Hag Mounir 😂 pour cette semaine incroyable. Concernant l’agence Memphis Tour, nous remercions Alaa Khaled qui nous a accordé un suivi incroyable : à la fois avant, pendant et après le séjour elle a été d’une grande aide, à l’écoute de tous nos besoins. Nous avons pu compter sur sa disponibilité et bienveillance. La peor experiencia con Memphis Pésima organización de la agencia Memphis, no cuentan con la experiencia necesaria, perdimos un vuelo porque no manejan los horarios de los vuelos que venden, nos hospedaron en un hotel en El Cairo donde se celebran fiestas de matrimonio, por lo que es imposible dormir, te venden un paquete que incluye las visas a Egipto y Jordania, y al momento de entrar a Egipto tuvimos que pagar la visa de entrada, los guías, con excepción de uno, Mohamed, no saben los números de vuelos que tenemos los pasajeros ni los horarios, todo se lo preguntan a los pasajeros, insólito que no tengan esta información para coordinar los traslados al aeropuerto Es decir, lamentablemente, un viaje que podría ser maravilloso, desperdiciado por la mala organización pero para justificarse si son expertos

Great Experience and Service Eman is a very good tour operator. She managed our trip end to end. It was a 14 day trip covering 5 cities, 7 hotel, Nile Cruise and Domestic Flights. She arranged for everything from Pick-up to Drop at the airport. All arrangements were very well managed including tour guides. She was very flexible and accommodated most of our requests.

Agenzia consigliatissima! Consigliatissima. Tour praticamente individuale von guida e autista privato. Un organizzazione perfetta, sia al Cairo, che nella Crociera sul Nilo, Luxor e Marsa Alam. Vale veramente la pena di optare per questa agenzia egiziana, perché si è curatissimi e non si viaggia con noiosi gruppi spostati in bus. Da provare!
