Tour Itinerary

On this tour, we will take you for a sail in a private felucca and together we will discover Aswan’s Elephantine Island, the legendary home of a Nile River God.

You will be accompanied by an Egyptologist guide, so don´t be afraid to ask about anything that might interest you about ancient Egypt. Elephantine is a fortified town. It is fringed with rocky coasts that shelters ancient ruins and temple sites. We will also see a Roman-era nilometer, which was used to measure the yearly floods of the River Nile until the 19th century.

At the end of the tour, we will take you back to your hotel.
